If there are any discrepancies in the products collected and Customer wishes for return, the customer required to notify Customer Service by phone at +6010-774 3755 / +6016-4733755 or by email at email@example.com report on the products upon 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
Return(s) & Exchange(s) only possible with same product that with equal value or lower value. If you exchange a product whose value is lower than the return value, the price difference will not be refunded.
Exchange of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition
If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for return and exchange shall be return in its new, unused, original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
If replacement of exchange of the product(s) is unavailable, Customer may request a refund, either in the form of cash value points and/or a cashless paymentof equal value to the Samanyu Online Membership Account within 7 business days.
As always, eat raw food at your own risk. We always recommend cooking all foods, including fish, seafood, chicken, etc. (except for Sashimi Grade variant)
Seafood is packed frozen and stored in a vacuum pack to keep cold.
All shipments will be delivered and must be unpacked upon receipt. Seafood should be placed in either the refrigerator or freezer.
Seafood packages may be shipped anywhere of selected area, and deliveries are made on working days only. We will contact you via text message or call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Orders will be delivered within 3-4 days of business days after payment is received. However, we do not offer any guarantee for the delivery arrival of time.
In any case of reschedule shipment made by the Customer shall take another 3-4 days of business days to processed for next arrangement.
Purchase and Cancellation Policy
All orders are automatically canceled if payment is not received after 24 hours.
Samonyu reserve the right to refuse/cancel an order without prior notice if the product(s) ordered is no longer available in stock or defected.
Customer is responsible to check their order status from time to time before the order is completed shipped.
Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by others.
